EU right of withdrawal

Under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU, implemented in Italy by the Codice del Consumo) you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content, at checkout you expressly consent to immediate delivery of your credits and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal (Art. 16(m)). Your credits are usable the moment Mollie confirms the payment.

When we do refund

• Unused packs — if none of the credits from a pack have been spent, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
• Duplicate or failed charges — refunded in full once confirmed with Mollie.
• Service fault — if a technical error on our side consumed credits without publishing your ad, we re-credit or refund pro-rata.

How to request

Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] from your account address with the Mollie payment reference. Approved refunds are returned through Mollie to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
